Why not just buy the Gravity stack?

A serious Gravity Forms setup for a single site in 2026:

The Gravity stack
Gravity Forms Pro $259/yr
Gravity Perks (all perks) $299/yr
GravityView $149/yr
FluentCRM Pro (CRM) $129/yr
Uncanny Automator Pro $220/yr
Total $1056/yr
VS
AmazingForms
One plugin. Everything included.
AI builder + CRM + workflows + integrations
Agentic post-submission engine
No per-contact CRM tax
No add-on shopping cart
From $199/yr

That's ~81% less than the Gravity stack for a single site. And AmazingForms has AI built in; Gravity Forms doesn't.

Common questions

Do I need to bring my own AI key?
No. AmazingForms ships with managed credits for common operations — enough for most freelancers. If you want to use a frontier model, push high volume, or keep data strictly on your own API account, you can bring your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible provider) at any time.
What does "agentic" actually mean in practice?
After every submission, an AI agent runs your workflow: it reads the data, reasons about it, and takes actions — qualifying the lead, scoring urgency, sending a personalised reply in your voice, routing to your CRM pipeline stage, firing a Slack alert, or booking a follow-up. You describe what you want in plain English when you build the form; the agent executes it on every submission automatically.
Is my data safe? Where does it go?
Form submissions are stored in custom tables on YOUR WordPress database — not our servers. AI inference calls go to your chosen provider (or our managed proxy). We log anonymised NL workflow pairs for model improvement only with your consent, and you can opt out.
How does this compare to Gravity Forms + add-ons?
Gravity Forms is a great traditional form builder, but it has no native AI, no built-in CRM, and no workflow engine — you need Gravity Perks, GravityView, FluentCRM, Uncanny Automator, and more to match what AmazingForms does out of the box. That stack runs ~$1,056/yr for a single site. AmazingForms starts at $199 and includes the AI layer those plugins cannot offer.
Can I use this on client sites?
Yes. The Professional plan covers 5 sites; the Agency plan covers 25 with white-label emails and client workspaces. Each site has its own isolated forms, CRM, and AI settings.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plugin keeps working — it is GPL. You lose access to managed AI credits and licence updates, but all your forms, data, and CRM entries stay on your server. No hostage data.
