Our story

We built the thing that should have existed five years ago.

The problem

2005 thinking. 2024 pricing.

The WordPress form plugin world hasn't changed its mental model in two decades. You buy a form builder. Then you buy the add-on to connect it to your CRM. Then you buy the CRM. Then you buy the automation tool to make them talk to each other. Then you spend a weekend watching YouTube tutorials to get it all working.

Gravity Forms costs $259. Add Gravity Perks: $299. Add a CRM like FluentCRM: $129. Add an automation tool like Uncanny Automator: $220. You're at $907 a year before you've collected a single lead — and that's before the tool designed for agencies generates any value for a solo freelancer.

Solo site owners have been paying agency-tier prices for agency-tier complexity. Nobody fixed it because the add-on model is too profitable to abandon.

The typical WordPress form stack
Gravity Forms Pro$259/yr
Gravity Perks (add-ons)$299/yr
GravityView (entries)$149/yr
FluentCRM Pro$129/yr
Uncanny Automator Pro$220/yr
Total$1,056/yr

What we did

Started from scratch

We didn't add features to an existing plugin. We didn't fork a competitor. We started from a single question:

"If you could describe your form and what should happen after submission in plain English, what would that look like?"

The answer became AmazingForms. A plugin where you type "a contact form for a wedding photographer with budget range and preferred date" and get a complete, validated form in seconds — with conditional logic, multi-step flows, and a workflow that qualifies the lead, sends a personalised reply in your voice, and moves the contact into your CRM.

We walked in complete, not incremental. The form builder, the CRM, the agentic workflow engine, the payments, the integrations — all one thing, from day one. No "start with the basic plugin and add features later." That model is exactly what we're replacing.

The philosophy

Three core beliefs
01

The form is the front door, not the product

A form is where a relationship starts. The real product is what happens after: the follow-up, the qualification, the reply, the deal. Every tool that treats the form as the endpoint is selling you the door while ignoring the house.

02

AI should work your leads, not just send autoresponders

"AI-powered" in 2024 usually means a trigger that fires a template email. That's not intelligence — that's a macro. AmazingForms uses a real agentic loop: reason over the submission, decide what action serves this specific person, execute it. The AI works the lead the way a skilled account manager would.

03

Freelancers deserve enterprise capability at freelancer prices

The tooling gap between a solo freelancer and a funded startup shouldn't exist. A wedding photographer deserves the same lead qualification and CRM that a SaaS sales team gets — without the enterprise budget or the IT department to configure it. AmazingForms is the equaliser.

One plugin. No add-on shopping cart. No CRM bill. No automation tax.
