AI builder not responding
Section titled “AI builder not responding”- Check your AI connection in AmazingForms → Settings → AI
- If using managed credits, verify your licence is active
- If using BYOK, verify your API key is valid and has quota
Form not appearing on front end
Section titled “Form not appearing on front end”- Ensure the shortcode
[amazingforms id="X"]is on a published page - Check for theme conflicts by switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily
Emails not sending
Section titled “Emails not sending”- Check AmazingForms → Settings → Email for sender configuration
- Test with an SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP recommended)
- Check your spam folder
Submissions not saving to CRM
Section titled “Submissions not saving to CRM”- Check AmazingForms → CRM to confirm the contact was created
- Ensure the form has a CRM workflow action enabled
